Specialist from the Water Quality Department of MWE are in Jinja on the Water Quality Research vessel sampling all compounds of Lake Victoria. The team is joined by the contractors from China to also test the functionality of the vessel and equipments. Let us appreciate the photos of the in-side and out-side of the vessel.

The Department of Water Quality Management, MWE, are undertaking water quality monitoring and assessment of Lake Victoria abroad, the newly acquired Water Quality Research vessel. The team has been joined by the Contrators/ consultants from China.

The state of art Vessel enables the Department to have information on any partnership on Lake Victoria concerning Water Quality Parameters, Limnological data, Meteorological all in real time! It has a Water Quality Analysis Lab which will enable scientists do analysis on board.
