The Ministry of Water and Environemnt thought the Water Quality Management department launched a project entitled "SUSTAINABLE WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT SUPPORTING UGANDA'S DEVELOPMENT AMBITIONS FOR UGANDA"

The objective of the project include:

1. Improved water quality monitoring and information sharing,

2. Development of Water quality modeling framework for Uganda and

3. Enhanced institutional capacity for water quality management to inform policy and practice
